Design as a stand-alone service is for clients who want a beautiful event but don’t need assistance with the logistical aspects of the planning process. With this service, we’ll monitor everything design-related, including being there on the event day to ensure all your dreamy designs come to life exactly as you imagined. This service is perfect for any occasion, family events, festivities, as well as your big wins.
 
Vendor Selections:
After our initial consultation, we will research and compile a list of trusted vendors we believe will achieve your dream wedding /event within your allotted budget. Then, we will negotiate with these vendors to get the best deals, saving you time and money. In addition, we attend décor relevant meetings as they relate to decorating the venue and working with associated vendors.

Event Day Décor Coordination:
  • Act as the “go-to” for any décor related questions
  • Greet and assist all vendors with their proper setup instructions for the ceremony site as well as the reception site
  • Assist in setting up all ceremony + reception décor such as linens, table décor, place cards, guest book, gift table, programs, menu cards, dessert table, photographs, etc. Move any ceremony décor to the reception space
  • Light all candles and ensure all last-minute touches are completed
  • Collect personal photographs, and other décor items and deliver them to the appropriate person.

Day of Event
Similar to Month-Of Coordination, the Day of the Event is the perfect service for couples who want to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins on the big day. Our job is to step in on the wedding day, coordinate any final details, and manage all the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle. 
Planning Timeline - 3-4 weeks to event
 
Details:
  • Act as the “go-to” for any décor related questions
  • Greet and assist all vendors with their proper setup instructions for the ceremony site as well as the reception site
  • Assist in setting up all ceremony + reception décor such as linens, table décor, place cards, guest book, gift table, programs, menu cards, dessert table, photographs, etc.

Month-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who want to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins before the big day. Planning Timeline - 4-6 weeks out before the event date.

  • Review of all vendor contracts
  • Ensure rental and catering counts are correct
  • Thinking of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party
  • Finalize details with all vendors (including venue)
  • Creation of floor plans for wedding day
  • Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIPs
  • Run Rehearsal prior to the wedding or event day
  • Execute event day according to the timetable and ensure all vendors are
  • Coordination with venue staff (2) Event Assistants Oversee breakdown accounted for  of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to the client.
GOLD
STARTING PRICE AT $10,000
An event under 50 guests is considered a “micro event.” This service is for you if you’re planning a smaller celebration with close friends and family to celebrate your union. A micro wedding is perfect if you want a wedding and all of its traditions on a smaller scale, so you don’t feel overwhelmed by the process and its complexities.

This service is for the client who has the main pieces of their planning process in place but is overwhelmed with managing everything décor in the months leading up to their event day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, as they typically do not start more than 6 months before the wedding date, unlike full planning, which begins at least 12 months prior.

 We work closely with you to create an event reflecting your identity. We take our time to listen to your likes, dislikes, and vision for the day (or entire weekend). And if you don't have a vision, we help you create one! Every detail of your wedding will be designed, organized, and executed with care. We aim to allow you to immerse yourself in your wedding day, enjoying the beautiful environment and love surrounding you. This stage requires 12 months to the event date.

  • Coordinate the delivery of rental items as appropriate and feasible
  • ​Collect photographs, guestbook, favors, toasting glasses, cake serving set, etc. (usually at rehearsal dinner)

We love destination events! If your dream event destination is somewhere foreign (bonus points if it’s tropical!), Count us in! We’d love to support you during the planning process. We’ll utilize our network of planners and vendors across the globe to help you plan the perfect wedding/event —whether you’re in Greece or Guatemala. Prices would vary depending on the destination.
